My sister drew this picture. It is awsome that is why I called it Cool. You are wondering how did she get the affects.We have something called Paint Shop pro 8 it has all those little weird shapes.^_^ LET U2 BE WITH YOU.AND ROCK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
